About the Event
Ębí Chop Bar is a tasting pre-fixe dining experience curated by myself, @ChefOphus. The menu is meant to shine a light on African Diaspora influences in culinary cultures around that have been and are influenced by the African Diaspora. Ębí Chop Bar will provide guests the opportunity to experience the culinary history behind dishes & ingredients that aren't often credited to their originators.
